Our partners’ successes depend on a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) unit equipped with assurance systems that both meet and exceed the current industry standards. Syntagon’s QA unit is an independent department with full control of quality-related documentation, and is responsible for final review and release of clinical batches. Our experts in the QA department have an accumulated QA experience of more than thirty years within the pharmaceutical industry. 

At the heart of our operations is a reliable, user-friendly quality system. Its ease of use, including standardized protocols and checklists, guarantees that quality controls are woven into the fabric of the entire company.  Our quality control (QC) laboratory, which is part of our analytical chemistry department, evaluates raw materials, intermediates and APIs, and reports the data to the QA unit for review and release. This fully integrated quality control system ensures that, with Syntagon, quality is never an issue in the delivery of your compound.
